Cottage Cheese & Smoked Salmon Bowl

This is a delicious high protein paté, perfect for a light lunch or pre- dinner

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 450 g cottage cheese fat free optional
  • 3-4 sprigs of dill (stalks removed)
  • 1 lemon juice
  • cracked black pepper
  • herbamare

Garnish

  • 50 g smoked salmon chopped
  • 2 chives chopped
  • cracked black pepper
  • sprig of dill

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor blend the cottage cheese, smoked salmon, dill and juice of the lemon. Season with herbamare and black pepper to taste. Place in a serving bowl and garnish with the chopped smoked salmon, cracked black pepper, chopped chives and sprig on dill. Cover and transfer to the fridge to chill. Remove from fridge 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

LISA’S TIP - This is great served with baby gem lettuce cups, or your choice of cracker, perfect served with a selection of crudité pre-meal
