
Cottage Cheese & Smoked Salmon Bowl
This is a delicious high protein paté, perfect for a light lunch or pre- dinner
Ingredients
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 450 g cottage cheese fat free optional
- 3-4 sprigs of dill (stalks removed)
- 1 lemon juice
- cracked black pepper
- herbamare
Garnish
- 50 g smoked salmon chopped
- 2 chives chopped
- cracked black pepper
- sprig of dill
Instructions
- In a food processor blend the cottage cheese, smoked salmon, dill and juice of the lemon. Season with herbamare and black pepper to taste. Place in a serving bowl and garnish with the chopped smoked salmon, cracked black pepper, chopped chives and sprig on dill. Cover and transfer to the fridge to chill. Remove from fridge 5 minutes before serving.
