An elegant individual pastry, which resembles a beautiful rose. Crisp puff pastry filled with naturally sweet apples, sprinkled with cinnamon & honey. Best served with caramel sauce, ice cream or warmed custard!
LISA’S TIP - Make sure the apples are sliced thinly so you can manipulate them when rolling the pastry. You can chop up some raisins and place them in the cream cheese mixture on top of the apples before you roll it into the rose shape. I love to serve these apples roses warm. They can be made ahead of time and stored in an air-tight container at room temperature for two days, reheat for 10-15 minutes before serving.
