In a food processor blend the cottage cheese, smoked salmon, dill and juice of the lemon. Season with herbamare and black pepper to taste. Place in a serving bowl and garnish with the chopped smoked salmon, cracked black pepper, chopped chives and sprig on dill. Cover and transfer to the fridge to chill. Remove from fridge 5 minutes before serving.
LISA’S TIP – This is great served with baby gem lettuce cups, or your choice of cracker, perfect served with a selection of crudité pre-meal
