Cookery Demonstrations

I am delighted to announce my new cooking demonstrations that will be coming up in the forthcoming weeks- perfect for friends or family outings. This is an ideal opportunity to unwind in a quiet and calm environment, and not to mention- take a front row seat at the chefs table. After watching some exciting cooking demonstrations, sit down to a relaxed breakfast table, to eat a wonderful prepared brunch together, without the usual hassle and distractions of restaurant service.

August Sunday Brunch 

These will include my Sunday brunch events occurring on the 13th and the 27th August from 11am-1pm. During these events, I will be demonstrating some of my healthy, quick and simple breakfast recipes to liven up your Sunday mornings. Not to mention a few; such as my Tahini Granola Bars, Acai Berry Bowls, Homemade Walnut Milk, Shakshuka and a talk on alternative healthy options. After, you will be served some of these delicious breakfast dishes, to get a taste of these great recipe ideas. The Sunday Brunch is a fantastic, relaxed morning to bring along your friends, and learn some nutritious recipes for you to try at home. The Sunday Brunch event has previously received much positive feedback, where people have taken away lots of valuable cooking tips to create the perfect breakfast or brunch.

Rosh Hashanah Demonstration

I am also very excited to reveal that I will be hosting a Rosh Hashanah cooking demonstration on the 13th September from 11am-2pm, where I will demonstrate my top Rosh Hashanah recipes to commence this ‘sweet’ new year. I will be demonstrating a wonderful combination of dishes including recipes for Asian Salmon with Honey, Soya Glaze and Pomegranate, as well as some of my festive favourite deserts such as Corn Bread Apple and Honey Skillet Cake. After the demonstration, you will also be served a festive lunch to sweeten up your morning.

September Sunday Brunch

If you couldn’t attend the first two dates, not to worry, my Sunday Brunch will be returning on the 10th and the 24th September from 11am-1pm, for another fantastic morning spent with family or friends. I will be demonstrating some wonderful, sweet dishes such as Dried Fig, Pecan and Dark Chocolate Oat Bars as well as some healthy, savoury meals including Sweet Potato and Cauliflower Fritters. After, you will be served some wholesome breakfast dishes, including Eggs Baked in Portobello Mushrooms with Avocado Salsa, served with Gluten-Free Bread, Bagels and Jams.

Dairy Free Demonstration

For those who struggle to find sufficient nutritious, dairy-free recipes, I am excited to be giving a dairy-free cooking demonstration on the 3rd October from 11am-2pm. These recipes are brilliant, seasonal dishes to serve to the whole family, especially for those with specific dietary requirements. I will be demonstrating my favourite dishes for the upcoming Autumn season, comprising of Roasted Root Vegetables with Tahini and Chimichurri Sauce, Baked Spaghetti Squash with Pistachio Pesto, and Dairy Free Chicken Caesar salad. You will also receive a food spread, consisting of delicious Pumpkin and Pear Soup, an assortment of Fruit Platters, mouth-watering Raw Chocolate Brownies, paired with Tea’s, Coffee’s and Herbal Infusions.
